This has been my favorite roller bottle since March. Two of my favorite oil blends combined in one. They make a blend that is good for immune support, breathing, coughing and seasonal threats.

I like to apply it to the bottom of my feet in the morning and at night and roll it in my hands through the day and just inhale.

Sunday turned into a fun day in the sun kinda day. A little too much time in the 🌞sun, with only a hat for protection left my shoulders in need of some oil attention😟.

No worries. With this combo, it will be like nothing ever happened tomorrow. I just add 5 drops of each to the spray bottle and top it with coconut oil and a squirt of Aloe gel. For some extra relief store it in the fridge.

Anyone else a bit obsessed with gardening these days? We started composting and planning out our garden area for next year. A huge project, but we are taking baby steps by starting with a tiny herb garden. If I can keep everything alive then we shall proceed with our grandiose plans 😜.

Apparently, we have some Basil loving bugs so I made a Pest Spray yesterday with Peppermint, Rosemary and Clove.

Find your pest and choose an oil to deter them. This chart is helping me deal with my mini garden...naturally.

It’s that time of year. The pollen is ruling and you have to stay ahead of it. That’s why I diffuse Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint before it gets bad. It helps to purify our indoor air and I can see a huge difference when I’m consistently diffusing.

When I feel the pollen winning I turn to taking Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint in a veggie cap. Just 2 drops of each and I can feel the difference in minutes.

This granite cleaner changed my life! I used to dread cleaning our granite because it was the only commercial cleaner I bought that I was afraid to toss. Since it had no ingredients actually listed on the label Nd it gave me a headache every time I used it, I knew it was time to find a DIY.

It used to be a custom that I would head to Macy’s and pick out a new perfume each year to represent the year ahead. Then I started using essential oils and literally could NOT walk into the perfume section. My body was no longer desensitized and every perfume just smelled toxic and gave me headaches. 🤢

Tea time has turned into quite the event at our house. It’s a way to break up the homeschool day. A way to be fancy with tea and snacks and....most importantly, come together (away from distractions and technology) and reconnect. I find we linger at the table reveling in each other’s company. It’s a brief portion of the day where time seems to stand still. And now, with my babies growing faster than ever, I cherish it even more.

Honestly, I don’t remember the first oil I ever used. I used them over 20 years ago, before doTERRA existed. They weren’t memorable. I used them mainly for bug spray, acne and cleaning.

Then a friend gave me an oil to breathe on a hike because I was dealing with bad allergies.

I remember it because it worked sooo fast! An oil had never done that for me before. I had also never used doTERRA before. And that is why over 5 years later I am still in this business. Because of that 1 drop I have since shared oils with thousands of people....and growing. I’m so thankful and will never take for granted the doors that these oils unlock. I had a lovely weekend filled with family, tea and beach time. I’m recharged and ready to take on the week ahead. Thank goodness because it’s jam packed with oil meetings, a big Birthday, field trips, camping and homeschooling.
