This one came to me tired and worn, but underneath all the damage was a classic beauty just waiting to shine again. ✨

After lots of repairs, drawer rebuilding, sanding, and fresh paint, she’s officially back to life in this rich moody blue with warm wood tones and new vintage-inspired hardware.

Sometimes the pieces that need the most work end up being the most rewarding transformations. 💙

A few years ago I painted the top of this piece to be faux marble (sadly no before pic) but then my mom wanted a change. so I painted it with my favorite navy, Fathom Blue by . I added gold spray paint to the feet and Rub n Buff gold wax on the details. Mom loves it and it gives her living room a fresh new look.

Transformed from dark and dated to light and stylish, I applied the paint, glaze, and broom technique to achieve this Pottery Barn Sausaluto look. Made of solid wood with ample storage, this adaptable piece can enhance any room.

My favorite transformation by far is the antique vanity to nightstands split and this one did not disappoint. They are a lot of work and require repairs and often some rebuilding but the outcome is worth it. This one was for a client and she wanted it painted in Benjamin Moore Ballet White but the legs were too pretty not to highlight with a natural wood look. Can’t wait to see them in their new home!

While this was a beautiful piece to begin with my client wanted it lightened up to fit her space. We lightened up the cherry wood top and drawers, painted the base and legs a creamy white and added pretty champagne gold hardware. I love how it turned out and can’t wait to see it in its new home!

I’ve been wanting to experiment with slatted drawer fronts, and when a dear friend asked me to update this table, I knew it was the perfect candidate. Big thanks to for the tip and the MDF pole-wrap link—so easy to cut and install. The final color is Stone Griege, a gorgeous neutral that suits it perfectly.

Finished up two pieces for a friend and repeat client using the Restoration/Pottery Barn faux wood look. This is a great way to update a piece that has blotchy or mismatched wood types. Sorry, no before pics of these two 😔

Pretty in pink! 🩷 My client wanted a little pop of color in her living room and this pink dresser delivered! The color was inspired by a hard back book on her coffee table and the closest color we could find was Pink Ladies by Benjamin Moore. Swipe to the end to see it in her space—perfection!! Thank you for bringing me out of my comfort zone💕

Just wanted to give this cherry dresser a quick update. I was planning to paint but the finish was cracking so it all needed to come off. Lots of scraping and sanding, a little jigsaw work on the base, two rounds of bleach, two coats of my favorite Driftwood stain, a couple of topcoats, new hardware and pretty wallpaper and voila!! This one is not available—it’s staying with us and going into our guest bedroom.

This dresser set has been a labor of love but I’m super proud of how they turned out!! These were a roadside find (thanks !) and needed a lot of work. I hated the base (though the hidden castors were nice for moving them around once I got them home.) So I built new bases for both (thanks , your YouTube video was sooo helpful!), rebuilt a broken drawer, reattached the broken top of the long dresser, repaired veneer, stripped and sanded, painted and sealed, refreshed hardware and lined the drawers with a pretty, moody wallpaper. Phew!! It was a lot, with mistakes along the way but I learned a ton and tried new tools and products. This set is **AVAILABLE** DM for details.

I had the privilege of refinishing this stunning antique cedar chest for one of my best friend’s mom, who just celebrated her 80th birthday! This piece holds incredible history, as it originally belonged to her grandfather.

At first glance, the chest didn’t seem to need much work, but closer inspection revealed loose trim pieces, cracks in the veneer on the feet, and a finish that had clearly accumulated multiple layers of varnish over the years. I carefully stripped and sanded it down to the bare wood, repaired the loose and damaged areas, and gave it a fresh stain and protective seal. Inside, I cleaned, sanded, and conditioned the cedar to restore its natural beauty and fragrance.

This heirloom chest is now refreshed, revitalized, and ready to continue its journey through the generations—a true treasure for a special family!
