This is the first birthday that’s truly made me reflect on my life. Growing up I couldn’t imagine myself as an adult. I think many of us feel that way. Suddenly we’re waking up and 10 years have flown by and now we’re watching each other on social media comparing our accomplishments… next thing you know that list that you once that was long seems shorter. People often have this perspective of looking at our list of failures and comparing that to other people’s accomplishments. People don’t share their failures the same way they share their accomplishments. Keeping this mind has helped me realize that my list of accomplishments isn’t getting shorter and my list of failures is getting longer… there’s just more room on the page now to keep adding to both so I can continue to grow. I will never be perfect and I will fail a lot but I’m open and ready to learn the lessons along the way.

This is from a while back but I had to share because it’s too pretty not to. Her hair is so long I couldn’t fit it all in the photo 😍😂

Fire Curls ❤️‍🔥 love this color and I’m obsessed with the curls!! She had a chop done to the front of her hairline to create “face framing layers” however it was literally a bang-shelf. This time we went a little more s**ggy to blend it out and I think we’re living out best curly lives now🧡 Only took 15 minutes to diffuse. Peep the bright red underneath 😍

I had been taking this guest to a level 10 blonde in 2019 for her wedding in 2020. Long story short we just got reconnected and I was so excited. As much as we loved the blonde we knew it was time to let her hair have a break and I think it looks so much healthier and fuller now ! Little bit of TLC can go a long way.

Soft Neutrals 🌼
Ash only tones are not the only option! Neutral to warmer tones are brighter than ash tones so you can live the gorgeous blonde life without needing to be SO light 🌟 this is our 2nd session of blending out her previous line of demarcation from a global bleach out (not my work).

Passable for professional with a hint of edge ✨ Did the best I could with these pictures considering the lack of light source. I was SO excited for this because my guest literally told me “do whatever” (thank you for being so cool Ryce) so I decided to delve into my warm tone obsession recently and create this peachy rose gold. ALSO twisting it into the heavy color blocking with the bangs. So obsessed. Did I tell you I’m obsessed?

I’ve been feeling pretty stagnant the last few months so I’ve decided to start branching out again and find new hair artists that inspire me. Stepping outside our comfort zones is really challenging, especially when others are involved. And The outcomes can be risky but when it comes out amazing the feeling is incredible!!

I always enjoy ideas that are totally different. not everyone wants to be in “trend” and we shouldn’t force them to be. We need to help lift each other up and be supportive.

I sat here this morning trying to come up with a perfect caption and post at the perfect time but I decided f that cuz I want to be honest and real with y’all...
I’ve always tried to find my niche with posting good content and making my page look all nice. I’ve tried to hit that algorithm at the right time.... Only to realize that it’s been making me stressed and unhappy and resulting into me never posting. I just want to be a real person because that’s what I am in real life. I haven’t been happy with my content BUT I’ve been focusing on manifesting what I really want and lemme tell you that ish WORKS because this week gave me some of that. This year has obviously been a huge challenge for the entire world but I’m taking it and running because I’m tired of using it as an excuse. Murphy’s Law and Murphy was an optimist. 🌻

Finally got my hands an adorable modern s**g !! Say what you will.. I am LIVING for this modified come back 💚 cut mostly with a razor and some extra detailing with shears.

Can’t decide to go lighter or stay dark? Why not both? 😝 I’m always a fan of dark blondes!! Something bright and light but still blended beautifully without a crazy amount of maintenance. (Which I think most of us are fans of). So grateful to paint a beautiful head of hair on such a kind person!! 💞
