Request : Tighten the face contour, open the eyes, reduce wrinkles, and remove puffiness.

      In order to lift the face and reduce tissue swelling, first of all, work was done in the sternum and cervical-collar zone to open the lymphatic channels, work on the platysma, trapezius muscle of the neck, sternomastoid muscles, and also stretch the neck.

After that, the depressor muscles in the chin area, the orbicularis oris, the buccal muscles masseter, and the zygomatic muscles were worked on. To relax the orbicularis oculi muscle, pumping was done in the eye area and warming up the venter frontalis.

All these techniques together gave an excellent lifting result due to the reduction of swelling in the tissues and their warming up and relaxation.
