A few years ago, I stepped away to pour into myself, deepen my knowledge, and become a better therapist. Now I’m so excited to be back at AJS & Co.—bringing everything I’ve learned home with me.

Over the last few months, I:
🧘🏼‍♀️ Traveled to Thailand to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
🌿 Became a Certified Stretch Practitioner
🇬🇹 Traveled to Guatemala to study and become certified in Traditional Thai Massage
✨ Worked in a luxury 5-star spa, refining my skills and elevating the client experience

Every experience has expanded the way I approach bodywork, movement, and healing. I’m returning with new techniques, fresh perspective, and an even deeper passion for helping you feel your best.
