Gut Microbiome - an overview | ScienceDirect Topics

Diet, digestion and our personal microbiome.

sciencedirect.com Gut microbiome could be modulated by several techniques including administration of probiotics/prebiotics/synbiotics and f***l transplantation (Sivan et al., 2015).

Our immune system is our suit of armor! It helps keep the unnatural and potentially harmful out or at least controlled. It also works to keep our internal systems balanced.

We all live with E-Coli and Staph in and on our body. When I first learned this I freaked, but then I learned that different strains of bacteria are a necessary part of our immune system in order for it to function, the good and bad. We are more likely to get sick when our systems get out of check, the bad out weighing the good, and our immune systems too stressed to pull us back into health. How do we keep balance and what can we do naturally to boost our immune systems?

I will be posting ideas regularly over the next week. Please feel free to post your own ideas. With our current global situation let’s try to our ideas focused around home, inexpensive and simple!
