It's not as much about sanitizing, wearing masks or social distancing, it's about creating a healthy immune system❣️

We'll get through this strange chapter and until we do
go on to our next phase, lets remember together that although we're apart,
our thoughts for the goodness that's to come will have more power
if we think those thoughts collectively💕🖖🌳🌎🌳🌊 🐿🐕🐘🐬🦆🐖🐄
We're still going to remain closed for a while longer until the numbers decline further since our space is too small to practice social distancing properly. However when we do finally reopen, this will probably become the new normal for
most businesses we would imagine😷
Good Morning and Happy Easter💙💜🐇💜💙
Sharing this from Pastor John Pavlovitz~
Ever since the restrictions and the cancellations and the changes began a few weeks ago (back before we used terms like social distancing, self-isolation, and flattening the curve), we’ve all been asking the same question:
“When will things be back to normal?”
Yes, hopefully soon, the spread of the virus will slow and we’ll see some of the recognizable rhythms of our life return (school or work or sports—or being able to find toilet paper without selling an organ on the dark web)—but none of those activities will go unchanged.
For months we’ll be contending with distancing, we'll likely be wearing masks in public, and large events will include all kinds of safety protocols we’ve never had to contend with. We’ll probably approach air travel and general public spaces differently. If we’re responsible human beings, we’ll all have to change our habits and use caution until vaccines are available. Many of us will have to find new jobs or alter our spending habits. We’ll need to reschedule events and plans that were interrupted. And we’ll have to do all this, while heading quickly into the most important election in our lifetimes, with all the upheaval and turbulence that will bring.
I was on a video chat with my Patreon supporters last week, and one of them talked about the PTSD counseling we’ll all need: unpacking the fear, the grief, and the relational collateral damage of being in close quarters with people or being separated from them.
I think normal is a relative term.
So while we’re not going to be the same for a long time, if ever—we can be better. We can come through this with a different appreciation for the people we love. We can find joy in the simple things we’d forgotten were so readily available to us. We can have a greater compassion for the pain of the people around us. We can aspire to live more intentionally, given that we recognize how fragile life is.
I’m not sure normal is an option, but if we do this right, we'll embrace the new abnormal together.
Be encouraged ~
We look forward to being able to serve you again
whenever that may be
Stay save folks until we can see each other again one day
Stay safe beloved friends and have fun getting creative😷
with the extra time you may find you have on your hands🖖

Hope everyone is staying safe!
Until we can reasonably reopen again at some point, we understand well, that if we all cooperate, we'll be able to return to normal sooner than later🖖💕#JustStayHome

With The Green Cat our neighboring healthy place to eat incredibly good food temporarily closing today, we're going to follow their lead and also close our doors as well at Health Food Market for the time being.
I'll let people know as soon as we're accepting phone orders, when we're able to get our store restocked again after our deliveries begin to resume. We're going to treasure this chapter with optimism as we imagine things returning to a new sense of normalcy sooner than later💗🖖💗
Happy St. Patrick's Day sweet friends💚🍀🌈
While we're dealing with uncharted waters, we're temporarily only remaining partially open during this isolation process..We're keeping our doors locked and only letting in a couple of customers at a time to be on the safe side with all the people we see daily, because it's become a reality that we must sanitize between each one for your safety as well as our own. Please call first (757- 963-6636) as we're not sure at this time when we will reopen again. We're grateful for your understanding in order to keep this very contagious virus from spreading further.💚🍀🌈

Implementing targeted hygiene campaigns
Although the researchers explain that educational campaigns about personal hygiene could help improve the overall situation, they admit that this may be difficult to achieve in such a high number of airports.
Nevertheless, they argue that it may be possible to achieve similarly positive results by identifying “the 10 most important airports” close to the source of an outbreak and implementing an educational hand washing campaign in each of those.
This approach might help slow down the spread of infection by around 37%, the researchers suggest.
Prof. Nicolaides and colleagues also note that it may be helpful to add more washbasins to airports, even outside restrooms, to encourage people to wash their hands more often.
The researchers say that another helpful step might be to clean and disinfect surfaces in airports more frequently, especially those that a large number of people come into contact with.
“The current research can potentially shape the way policymakers design and implement strategic interventions based on promoting hand washing in airports, which could help [keep] any infection within a confined geographical area during the early days of an outbreak, inhibiting its expansion as a pandemic,” the researchers write in their paper.
“Our study,” they add, “concludes that population engagement with proper hand hygiene could be a simple and effective solution for preventing transmission of infections and reducing the risk of massive global pandemics.”
