Welp it’s almost 9am and I’m going to go ahead and dub tomorrow. FOCACCIA Friday. Because my sourdough is a BUST this week. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it lol. 😂 trying to better stream line and find new processes To be able to bake more for y’all. Meant apparently ruining a batch of dough. I hand mix my sourdough yup every one of them. I tried using a mixer and nope nope nope just a flop both literally and figuratively lol. On the plus side I was able to get my hands on another double oven and do some MacGyvering last night and now I’m baking double time. Woop
