[12/04/19]   Need a Christmas gift idea? Message me for a massage therapy gift certificate

[08/15/19]   I had a new client come to see me for a one hour massage with cupping recently. He had a prior knee injury that had been giving him pain for the last decade and restricting his weight lifting. At his first visit he told me that he had ben unable to back squat over 300 lbs since this pain started . He texted me two days after we did extensive cupping on his legs to tell me that for the first time in 10 years he got over 300 and did a back squat with 375 lbs. That's a massive improvement!!

[05/17/18]   WHAT IS FASCIA?

The fascia is the network of connective tissue that is under your skin. It's what joins cartilage, ligaments, and soft tissue to your bones. It also covers muscle and internal organs and allows our bodies to move.

Constricted fascia can cause pain and restricted range of motion, some believe that fascial restrictions are the cause of over 90% of pain in the body...WOW

I specialize in cupping which deals directly with the health of your connective tissue (fascia) as well as being well versed in specialized fascia tools. The results are almost immediate with increased blood flow and circulation while breaking up fascial adhesions

[03/06/18]   My #1 recommendation I give all my clients is MAGNESIUM

-. Magnesium is Involved in Hundreds of Biochemical Reactions in Your Body. EVERY cell in your body contains it and every cell needs it. It is believed that nearly 80% of americans are magnesium deficient. it is mostly found in leafy greens and nuts so most of us don't get enough in our daily diet.

If you aren't getting enough magnesium symptoms range everything from muscle cramps and spasms to depression. they also include constipation, trouble falling and staying asleep, low energy and another big one is MIGRAINS. There are actually over 30 symptoms of magnesium deficiency.

I personally take 300mg of magnesium every day and I absolutely notice a huge difference in my muscle stiffness , specifically the nagging pain between my shoulder blaids, when I have skipped a day or two

Magnesium is a mineral that has to be bound with something else so there are several different kinds you can take. The one I recommend specifically for muscle and joint pain is magnesium chelate. This specific type is better absorbed by your muscles, other types are better for different things like digestion. This is the easiest ,fastest and most simple fix for common aches and pains

[01/31/17]   Did you know that your body creates muscle memory for tension? The only way to reverse this is to create new muscle memory with regular massages to teach your muscles to relax

[09/27/16]   Don't just call it pampering call it MEDICINE!!

one study, for example, found that a single, 45-minute massage led to a reduction in the level of cortisol, a stress hormone, in the blood, a decrease in cytokine proteins related to inflammation and allergic reactions, and a boost in white blood cells that fight infection.
