IBS and Chronic diarrhea! Such a terrible experience that most people don't talk about, and truly suffer in silence. On this cancer journey I've experienced it as a side effect of one of the drugs, and had to share what has given me relief after over a month of gut inflammation!
This testimony from Barbara O'Neill shared at 25 minutes in has given me so much hope! Two products that have brought rapid relief have been this BioK+ probiotic, and Throat Coat tea which contains the slippery elm she talks about. She also sells a concentrated tea on her website.
The probiotic is in the refrigerated section at some health food stores, often within or beside the supplement aisle. Throat Coat is sold on Amazon, some Walmarts, and at many health food stores. You can always call ahead to see if they carry it in your area!

Roasted seaweed is literally my favorite potato chip replacement. 🤤 Plus it's super high in iodine, which most women are deficient in (also in our shakes😍), and B12! 👏🏼👏🏼 I eat it straight up, and be sure to get the 🥑 avocado oil one. The others are made with inflammatory, gut disturbing seed oils. 🥴
