Frenchies nail studio

Due to way too may no shows and cancelations the day of appointments I MUST INFORCE the cancelation policy AGAIN that has been in place for over 10 years!!!!!! I am a small business and my family and I rely on your service payment to pay the bills. I have tried to be Lenient and nodded force this as much as I have to but now I have to do so. My time is just as valuable as yours. I WILL not ASK you to pay for your missed or rescheduled appointment. I shouldn't have to! Thank you for your understanding!
