Meet the yoga teacher:

Jena is a Wake Forest resident who has been practicing the art of massage for 7 years. As a Medical Arts School graduate, she is able to view things from an anatomical perspective. While working on her own health, a background in spa experience led her to discover the therapy of massage. Unveiling further natural techniques changed her own body and life that once started with many years of pain. She feels incredibly blessed, to have found her life calling in naturally helping others. 💆🏻‍♀️

With a life pursuit of self healing, she decided to advance her knowledge by attending yoga teacher school. After spending a month in Bali, in the winter of 2023, she completed her 200 YTT education with The House of Om to become a yoga teacher. There she practiced daily various forms of yoga and learned the history and philiosophies supporting the practice. She is so thrilled to begin sharing that in North Carolina. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Increasing self-awareness for each person she comes in contact with is what sets her apart from the rest. She believes that educating those she works with can not only change their day but also their life, to make a bigger difference. Furthermore, nothing has been quite as rewarding for her as supporting people on their journey of wellness. Body, mind and spirit.✨

Growth as a therapist and individual is something she strives for daily.🪷
