Narrated 'Alqamah:
It was narrated that 'Alqamah said: "I was with Ibn Mas'ud while he was with 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, and 'Uthman said: 'The Messenger of Allah came out to some fityah (young men)--Abu 'AbdurRahman said, 'I did not understand (the word) fityah as I would want'-- and said: 'Whoever among you can afford it, let him get married, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding chastity, and whoever cannot, then fasting will be a restraint (wija') for him.'"

Your heart (Qalb) is the most crucial part of your being, for it is the wellspring of all your actions. It is where Niyyah (intention) resides, and out of intention, your entire life flows. 'Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heartโall of these will be questioned.' (Quran 17:36). If our inner self is corrupted by doubt, ill-will, or distraction, our deeds will follow. Allah (God) looks not at your outward appearances but at your hearts and your deeds. The Quran warns us about the whispers of Shaytan and the deceitful nature of our own desires (Quran 12:53, 50:16). How do we guard it? By continuously purifying it, seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), filling it with the remembrance of God (Dhikr) and cultivate mindfulness of Him (taqwa). Entrust your heart to the One who created it. Your Qalb matters to Allah! May Allah purify our hearts and grant us guidance Ameen

As Salamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhuโฆ.
As the Quran reminds us, 'Indeed, with hardship comes ease' (94:5). Know that Allah's mercy and guidance are always with you. 'And put your trust in the Exalted in Might, the Merciful' (26:217). May Allah's wisdom and compassion guide you through life's challenges โจ
