I don’t bash clients or people’s businesses on social media, especially when we’ve been communicating directly. I speak facts. You don’t work next to me and you’re not in my shoes, so don’t try to compare. I work hard for what I have and I’m grateful. Everything I do is documented and I have nothing to hide. At this point, your actions are showing for themselves. I’m going to continue to handle my business the right way and move forward.

You need to get your facts together before you lie or speak on things that have nothing to do with you. If I loan someone money, that was handled and I still got blessed back even more 5x more with contracts and paid bookings. That has nothing to do with you. You never did anything for me outside of paying for your services, and that’s fine, but don’t try to make it seem like it was more than that. You were last minute, you made your own moves without confirmation, and now you’re trying to flip the story. I don’t hold my phone in my hand all day, but I communicate and handle my business. I don’t do bad business.

I’ve worked hard, had sleepless nights, and sacrificed a lot for my people. I’ve invested my last at times just to make sure my clients were taken care of. My business is built off real support from different communities and neighborhoods, and I don’t bother nobody. So don’t come on social media trying to bash my name. Let’s be clear, I completed a $400 service, delivered, and was on time with no issue. What also needs to be told is how you tried to pop up at my office for another service with no confirmation. You requested refund of the partial balance cause I busy in scheduled. My deals are smart for everyone to use and save more money. Everybody is treated the same. I now know you want to come on my social media cause you be watching the clients and the others I service gives a personal issue you have with yourself. You will recieved your money the same way you paided it. I dont want to deal with you at all in no type of way that why there’s a legal agreement you keep it moving you are bad business. I let you know this multiple times you have to sign an agreement for funds to be release legally. I tried to schedule with you in advance but I see you want attention from my people’s.

11th May 1st recent communications I texted you including your threats to dispute the transaction and the decision to take this matter to social media, I am taking the necessary steps to protect myself, my child, and my business. All services, communications, and transactions are fully documented. This is not a public dispute; it is a matter of correcting false and misleading statements. I will not engage in else tonight this matter will be handled legally, formally, and through legal channels moving forward. Operating a business requires to stay as business like as possible but you want to pick on me out of all prople, accountability, and respect, and I do not tolerate the misuse of personal relationships, names, or situations to create narratives or gain leverage.

I have conducted myself in a calm and business manner throughout this process and will continue to do so I hope you ready to sign document. I am focused on resolving this matter the correct way, without engaging in negativity or misrepresentation, and everything will be handled accordingly and documented as needed moving forward. Having a business is not for everyone. You used NuNu to get close to me but it took minute for my memory to kick in why she cut you off. Stop speaking on my deceased Auntie to get by on people. Stop using God name in wrong. I’m not going to get karma by trying to take of everything in a business legal matter. 10th Concerns raised regarding communication are not consistent with my records or conduct, which further confirmed for me that it is best to discontinue any future business relationship moving forward. Based on the overall circumstances, I have made the decision that I will not be engaging in any business with you going forward.

9th This process is necessary to ensure proper legal documentation and the protection of all personal and business information involved, including my own and my minor son’s identifying information. Due to prior business dealings and the handling of sensitive information, this matter is being handled through formal legal channels.

8th My attorney has prepared the Mutual Service Termination and Release Agreement, and I will be prioritizing this matter to ensure it is issued and completed promptly. This agreement outlines the terms of resolution and is required in order for you to receive your partial refund. The refund will only be processed upon ex*****on of that agreement and will be returned through the same method in which the original payment was made. Documentation and receipts of the original purchase and services rendered are available and have been maintained.

7th There was also a separate situation on March 27 involving I loan someone funds I attend to business with in a financial matter unrelated to this transaction. That I spokr of my experience. That situation was addressed privately and has no connection to the services provided or the agreement currently in place. It does not change the business terms, services rendered, or documented transactions involved in this matter.

6th Additionally, there have been recent instances involving appointment scheduling and cancellations, including a same-day cancellation and a no-call, no-show with another business that was referred through me, where payment was not completed. These situations further contributed to my decision to discontinue any future business relationship.

5th Unspoken Truths My business policy clearly states that services and packages are non-refundable; however, I made a one-time exception solely to resolve this matter professionally based on prior business interactions and incomplete services between us. You have been informed multiple times in our correspondence that you would be refunded the remaining balance. I previously requested to schedule a meeting to move forward with resolution, but did not receive a response.
