Here are some tips that have helped me be successful on my journey to live a healthier life:
1.) find what works for you and only you 💖 not what your friend likes, not what worked for me. Find something that you will consistently do, to create a routine.
2.) do not over restrict!!!! Over restriction leads to binges and puts you further off track than simply allowing yourself an ice cream sundae once in awhile.
3.) drink ya fu**in water, need I say more?
4.) don’t waste your time comparing your journey and progress to anothers. There are sooooo many factors that make you and your journey unique. Everyone moves at their own pace.
5.) take all the progress photos because when the scale doesn’t judge. You can sure as hell tell with pics. ✨
People who take the challenge have two smoothies, two snacks and a lightmeal every day for 21 days to lose up to 16 pounds and form healthy eatinghabits that help them keep the weight off for good. 🙌⁣
