π Ingredients
π Salmon: β’ 4 salmon fillets
β’ 1 tsp lemon garlic butter seasoning
β’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β’ 1 tsp paprika
β’ 1 tsp oregano
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ 1 tbsp avocado oil
π§ Cream Sauce: β’ 3 tbsp butter
β’ 2 shallots, finely chopped
β’ 6 garlic cloves, minced
β’ 1Β½ cups heavy cream
β’ ΒΌ cup lemon juice
β’ Zest of 1 lemon
β’ ΒΌ cup pasta water
β’ 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
β’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β’ 1 tsp lemon garlic seasoning
β’ 1 tsp basil
β’ 1 tsp oregano
β’ Red chili flakes
β’ Salt & pepper
π To Serve: β’ Fettuccine, cooked al dente
β’ Fresh parsley
π©βπ³ Directions: Cook pasta and save pasta water. Season and sear salmon until golden. In the same pan make the creamy lemon garlic sauce, add Parmesan, seasonings and pasta water. Toss in cooked pasta, top with salmon, garnish with parsley and enjoy π
