2021 and the beginning of 2022 was hard on me mentally and physically! lord knows I tried to keep myself together and keep a smile on my face. Depression is a B%*TCH! That's all I'm going to say. Today marks the day that I am going to take my health back.💪🏾
Even though I have been working 👀out my eating was not on track🤦🏾♀️... Effective today! there are no more EXCUSES!!! I have to get back to me, the Happier ME! This is a journey and not a race! This is my story and I'm the only one who is writing it! If I did it before I damn sure can do it again!

Boss am tired! I’ve been doing cardio twice a day burning 800-1200 calories daily 💪🏾. But boss am tired today!
My goal is to workout 5 days and rest 2 days. While on your lifestyle journey it is okay to rest. Resting is important.
