Good things are in the works here at my new location in Manassas, VA! Bring a friend or partner and learn how to give and receive the gift of touch through this two-hour Thai-inspired manual therapy workshop. This style of massage is fully clothed and will take place atop a cushioned mat on the ground. Wear comfy clothing that your body is able to move in. Props and materials will be provided. No massage experience needed! Register at AumanaYoga.com. Fee is $100 per couple; limit of five couples per workshop.

Renovations at the big house are taking longer than expected, and I had to push my yoga training back to April and June. A lot of y’all have heard me talk about our lake cabin… I decided to set up a massage space there! 😊 If you’re in Manassas and want a session, let me know!

As I get settled into my Virginia space I’m taking the opportunity to learn new things. Very happy to add Reiki to my skillset 💖🙌⚡️

It’s my last week in DC in my room without a lot of the flourishes on the walls. Most things have been moved to Virginia. I’ll be reopening there soon in limited capacity while I focus on my next chapter. Be on the lookout for change in the next few months! 🍁☺️🤗
