Purple like amethyst paithani silk sari purchased when I was 22 in Mumbai under the guidance of my aunt Sunila Pradhan. She was a Bollywood actress mostly specializing in custom one-woman shows. She mentored me & taught me how to act. I did makeup for one of her shows that she directed for Natya Bharati. This sari had been worn once to a wedding with the matching blouse - short sleeves with pink border. Working on expanding that blouse. In the meantime wore sari with gold blouse that sort of goes with everything. Pink satin petticoat to match although would rather have a purple petticoat.
