depressed, an emotional eater and alcoholic after the birth of her first

Our ultimate goal is to help people all over the world to gain confidence, feel sexy and overall live a healthy lifestyle! Sherrell Duncan (known as Sherrella La Bella) is a former model and
agency owner, who was well-known in DC nightlife. She gained 90 pounds after her daughter was born. Due to being
overweight, she developed high blood pressure, high cholesterol, suffered
from heart palpitation
Yoga with my Girl yesterday and it was soooo damn good!
Update on my osteoarthritis: I can bend my knee again and also sit in Indian style without pain or pressure! Cycling, anti-inflammatory foods and a LOT of water has been helping so much! I’m still in the gym and still working on reversing this diagnosis!
