No matter what you think of health worker migration, it is happening and increasing, so we must address it in a way that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the harms to the countries of origin.

Gina Raymondo‘s official delegation to Kenya last week. I joined several members of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) to represent US businesses. We sought ideas on how to increase bilateral trade in goods and services between the United States and the 54 African countries.

The African health and education markets are some of the fastest growing in the world. Within a few decades, Africa will be the continent with the most young people in the world.
