Beginning today, we’re transitioning to our new booking platform, GlossGenius, to provide a smoother, more convenient booking experience from start to finish.
What to Expect
If you currently have an upcoming appointment scheduled, you may receive a cancellation notification from MassageBook followed by new appointment confirmations and reminders from GlossGenius. Don’t worry—your appointment is not being canceled. We’re simply transferring your reservation to our new system.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this transition as quickly as possible.
What’s New?
Our new booking platform brings exciting new features, including:
• A faster, more streamlined booking experience
• Easier online scheduling and account management
• Memberships and series package management
• Digital gift certificates
• Improved appointment reminders and communication
• Buy Now, Pay Later payment options through Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and other participating providers
