Omega-3 or Omega-6 Fatty Acids? 🤔
A diet higher in Omega-6 fatty acids can lead to increased inflammation in the body; whereas, a diet higher in Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce inflammation. With that being said, we recommend avoiding vegetable oils high in omega-6 and instead, eating plenty of omega-3 rich foods like salmon, cold-water fish, flaxseeds, walnuts, and chia seeds. 👍
