If you don’t know, today is National Teacher Appreciation Day! I’d like to give a shout out to all the teachers out there 💕

After working in my local school district for almost a year now, I can whole heartily say teachers really are amazing people. To have the drive and dedication to provide the younger generation with a great education, to try and make a impact in those lives, and put up with all the craziness that goes along with it; we’ll my heart goes out to you!

Being raised by a teacher, I saw how much effort really goes into being a great one.

My dad was always busy spending his extra time in the evening and weekends grading papers and assignments, alongside going to work almost an hour and a half early just to do more grading/prepare for the day. He was the reason I never wanted to be where I currently am BECAUSE I thought it was so much work. That recently changed when I realize that yes, it takes a lot of effort but it’s so worth it because of how much of an impact you can make of a student life…
To this day, he has past students from almost 20 years ago still in contact with him telling him how much of a change he made in their life. I know for some, my dad was the reason some of them graduated and are where they are today…All it takes is one dedicated teacher who believes that student can succeed.
I am not a certified teacher, but working in a school setting how really opened up my eyes to how amazing this career field is…

Hey there everyone! I thought I’d start this FB page, along side my other new social media, to make it official. Ever since I started using Mary Kay, I absolutely fell in love with how not only the products made my skin feel, but the results/changes I’ve seen in my skin. It’s absolutely insane! After several several months of thought, I decided to take a leap and became a consultant. It’s a company you grow up hearing mothers/grandmothers talk about, but Mary Kay really does cater to people of various ages. I am excited to start this journey to being one of very few Mary Kay Alaska Native consultants still active! I really hope to not only educate people on the wonderful things Mary Kay has to offer, but the Alaska Native people’s.
