You know what one of my favorite things about cookie decorating is? Taking two themes that you would never put together…and put them together. It’s always a challenge and always pushes me creatively. This set was no exception.

A Wisconsin business owner came onto my page and commented “Hi libtard.”

That’s not just rude, it’s wildly unprofessional and honestly disgusting. If that’s how you speak to people publicly, I already know everything I need to know about how you run your business. I would never spend my hard‑earned money somewhere that thinks using that type of language is acceptable.

And I’m genuinely glad they said it out loud. Because language like that signals alignment with MAGA, and they protect pedophiles, minimize sexual assault, cheer on policies that have torn families apart, among so many other deplorable things this administration has done. Thanks for showing your cards Highwater Bar and Grill. Now I know which restaurant to never ever patronize. And I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know as well.

This set was for one of my favs, Kelly! She always orders cookies for all of her friends’ big moments, and this time it was her turn. Congrats Kelly! Hope you all had a fabulous time in Texas!🍾🍊💕

When every cookie has an entirely white background, it’s important to change up the textures. In this set, I added a crackle effect background (white food color gel painted on the dough before it’s baked), white icing spread on thinly, a parchment paper technique, and cookies flooded white and then painted with brush strokes on top of the dried flood. Doing this adds,
dimension, character and and little spark of uniqueness that makes white anything but boring. Obsessed with how this set turned out. Truly love love love it.💕
