Due to recent amount of last minute cancellations and no shows , I will be enforcing a cancellation policy.
This if for new and existing clients.
I am an appointment based business , so when you book an appointment, that time slot is held exclusively for you . Therefore, with a last minute cancellation or no show, I cannot fill that spot and that is taking away from my time to assist another client.

Policy :

* Cancellations, if not notified at least 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service cost .
* New clients will need to provide a deposit to book an appointment
* No-shows will be charged full service amount.
