“Wait… you do dry manicures, but wet pedicures?”

Yep. And there’s a good reason for that.

For nails, I prefer a dry e-file manicure because water temporarily swells the skin and nail plate, making precision work more difficult.

Feet are a different story.

A proper foot care pedicure isn’t just about polishing nails — it’s about assessing skin condition, calluses, pressure points, cracks, and overall foot health. Water helps soften dead skin, making it easier to work safely and comfortably without excessive filing.

A wet pedicure also allows me to:
✔️ Better evaluate rough skin and calluses
✔️ Remove buildup more gently
✔️ Reduce unnecessary friction on the feet
✔️ Create a more comfortable experience for my clients

Different techniques serve different purposes. The goal isn’t to follow trends — it’s to choose the method that gives the safest and best results for the area I’m working on.

That’s why my manicures are dry, but my pedicures are wet. 😊
