Please pray for the homeless in these frigid, snowy conditions. With temperatures dipping into single digits, we hope they seek shelter.

The homeless in NJ will be counted Wednesday night for the annual Point In Time (PIT) census. Heart ‘n Hands Mission is once again providing hundreds of personal care kits, t-shirts, underwear, socks, and full size toiletries to be distributed in four counties during this event.

The mornings are brisk and Autumn is here. Heart and Hands Mission is only collecting Fall and Winter clothing. (No more Summer clothing please)

We are no longer collecting toys, books and dishes. We greatly appreciate hats, coats and gloves.
