Very curious and seeking some insight…do you bullet journal? If you do, would you mind sharing what you like/love about it? How has it helped with your organization? What is your biggest challenge with it? I’m starting to set one up and thinking of testing it out to see if I can stick with it for a while. Until I get used to it I’m carrying the legend forward so I can remember which symbols to use when ☺️. So far I haven’t found that “best” organizational approach (I had 6 active planners on my desk today 🤦🏻‍♀️) but the creativity of this option draws me to it.

Question for the Mommas out there…ever feel excited that things went smoothly in the morning but just can’t quite figure out what feels off? Yup! That was my Monday morning - apparently I decided to save time and head out the door without my undereye corrector (which helps me appear awake). I even forgot my glasses but remembered those before I got too far from home 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️. I can’t be the only one, right? 😉

I love this quote! Your mind is your only limitation. What are you going to envision for yourself this year?

On the left is coffee. It was once beans that were coarsely run through a grinder. Hot water will run loosely over it and brew 10 cups of coffee.

On the right is espresso. It was once beans finely run through a grinder. Just a portion of this will be packed with 30lbs of pressure into a puck at which point the machine will force pressurized hot water through it to make a tiny concentrated shot of espresso. It takes longer to grind. It endures more pressure and heat than the coffee. It makes a lesser amount of end product and yet tastes stronger in its’ 1oz than the entire pot of coffee.

If you’re feeling like trials are taking too long...like life is giving you more pressure than the rest...if you can barely stand the heat.. maybe you’re just espresso. Maybe 1oz of you is stronger than a whole pot of the rest of us.
