Last week I met a man who found out I’m an herbalist, and asked me questions about what he could use that is natural to help his wife with RA, who lives with severe chronic pain. We had a nice visit, and I offered him a tube of my Sweet Relief balm, so she could try it and see if it brought her a little relief.

Our community is so blessed to have a storefront that carries fresh produce! Some of what they carry is grown locally so it is super fresh, and other produce grown around the area. Their Pecos cantaloupe is the best I have ever had!

They also carry locally made sourdough, jams/jellies, meats from Kennedy’s, Vollemans milk, and several other great options.

Healthy eating is the core to healthy living. You can put out-supplement a bad diet. Load up on fruits and vegetables if you want better health and more energy.
