Balloons by Brit is moving into a new chapter, which means my availability for custom balloon décor will be limited. I will continue accepting select bookings, but I need to be more intentional about the events I take on and the time and resources that go into each custom creation.

Custom décor involves much more than showing up with balloons. There is planning, designing, shopping, ordering supplies, shipping times, preparation, and ex*****on. Every event requires an investment of both time and money long before installation day.

Effective immediately, my booking policy is:

📌 Events booked more than 30 days in advance: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.

📌 Events booked less than 30 days in advance: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

These policies are necessary to protect my time, inventory, and business.

I am always happy to discuss ideas and help clients explore possibilities, but there is a difference between gathering inspiration and moving forward with a custom order. I can no longer afford to spend hours planning, sourcing materials, researching designs, and investing my own money into potential projects that never become actual bookings.

Unfortunately, not every inquiry turns into an event. Sometimes ideas are collected, plans are changed, or cancellations happen after time and money have already been invested. I understand that things come up, but my time and resources matter, too.

When you book Balloons by Brit, you are reserving more than balloons. You are reserving my time, creativity, planning, and commitment to bringing your vision to life.

Thank you to everyone who respects small businesses, values custom work, and understands that a deposit isn't just a formality. It's a commitment from both sides.

I still believe beautiful, custom balloon décor should be accessible at different price points, and I will continue creating designs for a variety of budgets. My availability may be limited, but the creativity and attention to detail I bring to every confirmed event remain the same.
