Slow and steady but I'll take it
Apologies for not posting much. I have been taking care of health issues I put off for too long. I've been adjusting to Zoloft and today I am starting a medication to help control my asthma better. But the good news is I have been eating healthier and I have lost a little bit of weight. Once I get the asthma sorted out then I'll be at the gym.
Kinda slipped up with food and drinks this weekend. But nothing starts out perfect. This is going to take a lot of work. But today starts the week off with a chiropractic appointment for my back and shoulder pain.
Hoping to get a few recipe videos made this week and start tracking fitness. Excited to get this going 🖤
Making a commitment to try to boot sugary drinks out of my diet. It's going to be hard because it's been such a huge part of my life.
First breakfast of my new journey.
Old fashioned oats with reduced sugar raisins and a tiny bit of raw sugar with a cup of coffee. Gotta admit that was super satisfying and filling.
Feels much better than eating garbage sugary food for breakfast. I'll do my first weigh in on Monday morning. That will probably be my weekly weigh in.
