Just finished this townhome renovation in Raleigh NC. Projects included: kitchen cabinet replacement , molding above kitchen cabinets, patio removal and replacement, landscaping, master bathroom renovation (shower, vanity, trim, built in), Misc punch list items, new stove and dishwasher install, Painting (walls, trim, ceilings). We only got a few photos but the entire project turned out great!

Just finished this little screened porch renovation. New decking with screen underneath, screeneze screen system, and a new Larson door.

Here is a garage addition we completed a few months back. We matched the dimensions of the existing garage doors, trim patterns, and roof line. The painters came in later and painted the entire garage. I forgot to take final pictures but all in all the homeowner was pleased and so were we.

We finished up this 20x60 lean to in Wendell this week. Metal and ice don’t mix well, so we are thankful to have finished up before this next round of winter weather!!!

Here’s a little before and after of a project we were able to get wrapped up before Christmas. 1) Added a few more footers and supports under the existing lower deck 2) changed the footprint of the upper deck 3) added new joist to the framing throughout 4) new decking and railing layout 5) tore out and rebuilt the benches on the upper deck.

Started and finished this interior framing project in Wendell last week. We took this 40x60 building and divided it up. 20x40 open area/future hang out. 10x10 office area. 10x40 storage. There is still 30x40 open space for tractors, mowers, tools, etc. Upstairs will be storage.

Finished up this renovation in Zebulon for some awesome people. New tile, countertops, built in, shelves, trim work, sheetrock repair and paint in the laundry room. Countertops, tile backsplash, ceiling paint, and new outlets and cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Wall paper removal, Sheetrock repair, new tile, countertops, trim work, crown molding, and paint in the bathroom. The toilet and fixtures still need to be set. We think this project turned out great.
