My friend mentioned someone asked her how makeup artists keep their sanitation standards up during covid, I thought that might be something to address...
Makeup Artists, good ones, are ALWAYS sanitizing everything they use in their kits, their hands every time they touch anything but the clients face( yes if we touch our hair, clothes, face or shake someone’s hand we know to wash or hand sanitize, again 😊), we clean up and use new sanitized brushes in between clients and then we go home and deep clean and shampoo and santize everything from brushes to shadows etc.
The only thing different this time around is wearing a mask 😷 , you should be up to and higher than standard already, especially if you got training from a really great trainer from Sephora... hint hint 😂
