Focused Friday: Celebrate the Small Wins! 🩷

Every win is worth celebrating, no matter how big or small!

Today, I went into the day with doubt and came out feeling more self-assured.

I received a message from someone who was willing to drive TWO HOURS just to get a massage from me. When I asked how they found me, they told me they’d been trying to find me for years after seeing me once before. 🥹❤️

Sometimes we get so caught up in what we’re not accomplishing that we forget to recognize the impact we’ve already made.

This was my reminder that the work I do matters, even when I’m questioning myself.

And listen… if someone is willing to drive TWO HOURS for a massage with me, you can make that 15-minute drive! 😂

Today’s small win: A little less doubt and a lot more confidence.

And a HUGE congratulations to the Golden Hour champ, Bianca! 🏆 How fitting that the one who is specializing in treating golfers ended up winning the whole thing! 😂👏🏼
