If Sculptra is working, you will not see much for the first few weeks. That is on purpose.
Most injectables place volume where a line is. Sculptra does something different. It is poly-L-lactic acid, placed in the deeper layer of skin, and over the following weeks and months your body responds by producing new collagen around it. Collagen you build, not volume you rent.
That is also why the timeline looks odd. You may look fuller on treatment day, but that is mostly water and it settles within a few days. The real change builds gradually across your series, and in clinical studies results lasted up to two years for many patients.
