When Erika joined our team four years ago, she was focused on building her clientele and growing her career. Since then, she has built a 99% booked schedule, created incredible loyalty with her guests, reduced her schedule from four days behind the chair to two and grown into our Chief Training Officer.

The numbers show how much she has grown, but they only tell part of the story. Erika cares about this team and is always willing to step in, share what she knows and help another stylist feel more confident. She now leads our education and Associate Program, helping shape the careers of the stylists she trains and mentors.

This is what we want career growth at The Hairman to look like. A full clientele, more control over your schedule and opportunities to build a bigger career within this industry.

We are so proud to recognize Erika, Hayley and Sammy as the first members of The Hairman Salon Co. $70K Club.

We created this club to keep career growth from stopping once a stylist has built a full clientele. Reaching that point is an accomplishment, but continued demand is what creates the opportunity to grow your income and gain more freedom without adding more days behind the chair.

Each of these women reached this milestone early in her career while working four days a week, with Erika and Sammy accomplishing it during their first full year taking clients.

They have also earned full schedule freedom, giving them more control over when they work and showing exactly how career growth connects to our Wealthy Life core value.

Since then, she has built a 90% booked schedule, more than doubled her income, earned full flexibility with her schedule and grown into an Associate Educator who now helps other stylists build their careers too.

As our Chief Training Officer, Erika is always willing to help anyone, anytime. She’s passionate about our team and helping every stylist feel confident in themselves and their work. She is always there to answer questions, offer encouragement, and help our team grow.
