Honey Lime Chicken and Avocado Rice Stack
A flavorful and refreshing dish that's perfect for a summer meal.
Ingredients:
For the rice:
2 cups rice
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For the chicken:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

Creamy Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and Fettuccine 🥦🍅🥩
🟨 Ingredients :
2 large chicken breasts (about 500 g / 1 lb)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Take 3–4 large dill pickles and roughly crush them with a rolling pin or knife. In a bowl, mix the crushed pickles with 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 scoop unflavored or savory protein powder (optional for extra protein), and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Stir until creamy and well combined.
Serve chilled as a snack, or scoop it onto cucumber slices or lettuce leaves for a mini low-carb “sandwich” bite. Tangy, creamy, and satisfying — perfect for when you want something crunchy and flavorful without the carbs

4 Chicken breasts:
2cup sliced Zucchini
2 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
1cup sliced Red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced Red onion
1/4 cup Olive Oil (EVO)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Fresh basil
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
Salt and pepper: to taste
1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
