Tru-Treasures

People LOVE to say “support small businesses” until it’s time to actually support one. 💯

They’ll spend $100 with a big company without thinking twice, pay ridiculous shipping, wait two weeks for the package, and never expect a discount.

But when it comes to a small business, suddenly it’s:
“Can I get a discount?”
“Why does it cost that much?”
“Can you hold it for me?”
“I’m going to order next payday.”

Meanwhile, small business owners are paying for supplies, inventory, packaging, websites, fees, marketing, taxes, shipping, and everything else that comes with keeping a business alive.

And let’s talk about support because support does NOT always mean spending money.

Sharing a post is FREE.
Commenting is FREE.
Tagging somebody is FREE.
Leaving a review is FREE.
Recommending the business is FREE.

Sometimes strangers will support your business harder than the people who know you personally, and that will teach you a lot.

Small businesses don’t need pity purchases. We need the same respect people automatically give major companies.

So when you see somebody building something from the ground up, don’t wait until they blow up to start telling everybody, “I knew them before they got big.”

Support them while they’re BUILDING. 🗣️💯

Small businesses notice who shows up. ❤️
