Rochelle is a sought after bridal, special event and media appearance make-up artist. Before moving to the Sacramento region, Rochelle worked in Los Angeles, CA on a variety of A-List Hollywood celebrities. After styling in a variety of professional salons in Sacramento, Rochelle and Kelly Brown launched Dames Beauty Bar in 2020 adding new business owner and job creator in a worldwide pandemic.
