I hope you have taken your sea moss this morning! Flu season is upon us! Let’s build that immune system up. Are you keeping up with the Pilates 🤨? I’ve been cycling through some of the same videos I’ve posted already. Focused on building strength and consistency! Decided to level up and challenge myself a bit. I had no idea what I was getting myself into! lol I did better than I thought though, but it was definitely a humbling experience that showed me I still have some work to do before I move to intermediate. 😮💨 Happy Friday Sug! We made it!
I don’t know about you, but it’s been a loooong week for me! I did NOT feel like working out and procrastinated this morning until I didn’t have much time left to workout. I managed to get this quick 10 minute workout in and I’m happy I pushed myself to do it!

Sunday and Mondays are my days off. Tuesday I started out with something gentle to start my week off, and we’re back at with this 15 minute energizing workout! I kinda struggled to keep up with her pace, but I’m proud of myself for pushing through! Even with a leg cramp 😅💪🏽 let’s gooooo!!!
