Discipline is doing what needs to be done.
Because your goals don't disappear when the temperature rises.
Your heart still needs exercise.
Your muscles still need challenge.
Your body still needs movement.
You may need to adjust.
Walk earlier in the morning.
Train indoors.
Drink more water.
Listen to your body.
But don't quit.
