Please make sure you pop on your sunscreen.
Personally I use it year round. A little factor 30 on top of my truffle in the cooler months and 50 in the warmer months. On proper hot days or while sunbathing abroad I apply 3 fingers worth (see pics) and reapply frequently especially after swimming.
