“I know what The Hive did for me. I carry around my ANCHOR and Daily Emotional Check-In that you laminated in my school bag and they go on my desk. I use them all the time.

Have you ever heard the saying that goes something like ‘if you continue to make the right choices and go the right path, good things will happen?’ The day in November, when I was feeling so discouraged and wanted to give up because I was like ‘what's the point?’, but I pushed myself to come to class and that class is what gave me my aha-moment. Everyday since then, my life has gone in the right direction and I realized I have to stay persistent and use my support. Which is you, my family and friends.

Testimony from a woman behind bars at the women's prison (MCI-W) who completed our coaching program back in November and continues to receive one-on-one coaching support. ✨

Through coaching, this woman has found her voice. She now understands her patterns of hyper-independence and where they come from, and she's actively working - from prison - to dig deep.
