Walking into the final year of my 30's with a full heart and a belly full of a growing baby 👶💗
No better way to start off my 39th year! This has been a decade full of blessings, transition and growth.
I remember at 29 being anxious about turning 30. I mean, so old, right? I still had so much to figure out!
Little did I know just how much better and more fulfilling life was about to get personally, professionally and spiritually. I would become much more grounded in what I was capable of, my identity and the direction I wanted to go. There were definitely highs and lows and periods of big time adjustment. There were tough decisions that took a lot of faith in God to make, but they ended up making space for so much good to come into my life.
I made a few big moves - one that was to Europe, then to a different region of the U.S. I got married in an Italian castle and had my first baby girl 9 months later. Motherhood has given me the most rewarding and challenging job yet! I wrote two ebooks within the past 2 years on Pre and Postnatal Fitness to help other mamas have the fittest and healthiest pre and postnatal journeys possible.
And now, baby girl #2 is on the way. We're ready to have more blessings, transition and growth showered upon us! .
