I can’t even stress this enough…
You are not as good of an injector as you think you are.
Your ego and your limited fame as a (Insert Company) Trainer has provided a self inflated confidence that is limiting your growth. You are not a Queen, King, Best of, 1% of Anything, Master Injector, and no one believes you are as well.
You can’t hide behind your fake IG numbers, your inflated credentials, your speaker positions, your friendships with Top Influencers, we don’t care if you were on a reality show, no one listens to your podcast, there is so much more to know and learn about, your journey is just beginning.
How we know that is because at one time many years ago, we thought we were the best, we thought we knew everything, but something happened that changed all of that…we began training thousands of injectors from all over the country since as early as 2013. I mean going to their practice or hosting trainings, performing live procedures hand in hand with them, sharing tips and tricks along the way and you know what we discovered…
Most of the injectors were much more talented than us in many different ways, showed us new perspectives, challenged our fundamentals and humbled us in every meeting. By sharing our knowledge and experience with them, they opened up freely to us and transformed our procedures and skills in meaningful ways.
Even today, I continue to learn everyday from injectors skilled and experienced and novice alike. I have learned to always be the student, to not be so ignorant, so limiting, so close-minded. That is what the Dolce Symposium is all about, sharing the stage with 40 Aesthetic Injectors from all over the country to walk out 3 days later a better provider because of the shared experience. Learning more than teaching.
