Minimal stagnation is actually a positive sign that the area didn’t require much treatment, it is considered to be in a healthy state with good blood flow. So the cupping didn’t need to stimulate blood flow as much due to good circulation 👏🏼 👏🏼

Although sometimes cupping won’t leave marks that doesn’t mean the cups aren’t working. It is STILL effective even if it doesn’t leave visible marks on your skin. We love a good cup sesh @ home! Yesterday we worked those traps. The redder the mark is shows the problem area. It means that specific area is getting a restricted amount of blood flow. Your muscles need blood flow! To move, to contract, to be mobile, to be strong, to heal.
