✨ New Year, New Prices ✨

After taking time to reflect on the purpose of my work as a massage therapist, I’ve made the decision to adjust my pricing in a way that better aligns with my values and makes my practice more accessible.

Beginning this month, 60-minute massage sessions will be $60 (a $30 decrease from my previous rate).

For me, massage is not about providing a luxury for a few—it’s about relieving pain, supporting the nervous system, and offering a safe space for rest and regulation amid the stresses of daily life.
While $60 may still be out of reach for some, my hope is that this change allows more people in our community to receive the care they need.

As always, 5NP auricular acupuncture remains available on a sliding scale.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

What about the needles?

The needles used for 5NP auricular acupuncture are extremely small and thin, almost smaller than a single strand of hair!

While some people may feel a "pinch" as the needle is inserted into the outer ear, most describe the overall feeling as "profoundly relaxing" and many clients even fall asleep during their session.

What is 5NP?

5NP (five needle protocol) is a standardized auricular acupuncture protocol utilizing the following five acupuncture points in the ears:

•Shen men (spirit gate) - calming, reduce cravings, anxiety, and insomnia
•Sympathic - relaxes muscles and the "fight or flight" mechanism
•Kidney - reduces fear, provides access to emotional reserves
•Liver - helps to detoxify the entire body, reduces anger and depression
•Lung - helps detoxify grief, restores joy

5NP, also called the NADA protocol or Acudetox, is defined by the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture as being a supportive therapy for "substance abuse, alcoholism, chemical dependency, detoxification, behavioral therapy, or trauma recovery". - https://wvacupuncture.org/Rules-Regulations/32-14
