3 months of dedication to a bodybuilding lifestyle and training. Cycle I just finished that really pushed my body to grow was 100mg tren ace Ed. 75mg var Ed, 250 test c Every week split into 2 shots , 6 ius nuptropin a day 3ius morning 3ius night all from us Dom , tren a and aromisin Artic titans as well , first set.is now second set is 3 months ago but most can tell im.sure , legs are a work.in progress but growing fast considering squating causes me alot of knee and lower spin problems from a leg height difference that is just small enough to make a Difference in stance and leg placement so making the gains there as fast as I can. Train then 2 times a week.

It only comes from experience. The right way. Hard fu***ng work & discipline! So, you'll already know your limits naturally, what worked best, didn't work, etc, etc, etc (as they are hopefully written down for you/by you already)
Questions to honestly ask yourself, before you make your decision:
Have you been working out hard for 4-5 years straight without more the 2 maybe 3 weeks off every 8-12+ weeks; taking notes?
Do you know what a forced rep, &/or a drop set is?
Do you eat well, every 2.5 - 3 hours, 5 - 6 times a day without missing a meal?
Do you already know what diet ratio usually works the best for you to reach your goals (off cycle)?
Can you, or Do you get at least 6-9 hours of sleep every night?
