Sweet Baby Massage

A note to new mothers - here are three pieces of advice I want you to remember:

Don’t be discouraged when you don’t “just know” all of the things when it comes to breastfeeding. That piece of advice in the hospital is not what works for everyone. Take it day by day or hour by hour, pay attention to YOUR baby and you will begin to recognize their cues overtime.

Don’t beat yourself up, this doesn’t come naturally to most. Breastfeeding is HARD. The thing you need most is not countless hours of research, but support. YOU CAN DO THIS!

Everybody’s journey is different, this applies to you too! Your journey will be different than others, and that’s ok! That’s exactly how it should be. You are the best mom for your baby ❤️
